Does Sleek and Neat offers refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds however, we will offer an exchange for a different size or colour of that item within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product(s)

Are Items true to size?

Most of our items are true to size (normally indicates on our sizing charts). We work with our manufactures to ensure products are according to North American Clothes sizing standard, however we strongly recommend our customers to follow the sizing charts to obtain accurate sizing

How long is order processing and shipping time?

Orders are processed within 24 hours
North America shipping (Canada & USA) takes 2-7 business days
International shipping takes 3-10 business days

Will I be able to track my order though I live in another province?

All local orders includes a tracking number. Once order is fulfilled, an email will be sent out with tracking information included

Does Sleek and Neat offers International shipping?

Yes we do offer international shipping and the customer is responsible for customs clearance once package arrive
