Exchange or Refund policy

NO REFUND. EXCHANGE ONLY.We have a fourteen day (14-day) return policy, customers have fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange. in the event an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the day of issuance. We do not email you confirming the credit issuance. When you're ready to use, please contact us with detail of the item(s) and we will process it accordingly

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, unsoiled, free of foreign scents (examples; cologne, food, body mist, etc.), in its original packaging and in sellable condition. You’ll also need to confirm proof of purchase (order number, name, email, phone number used at checkout).

Customers are responsible for the cost associated with exchanging an item. To start a return, contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you with returning the item.
